Bush, Willie E.

Mr. Willie E. Bush of Newton, AL passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the family residence. He was 82.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, August 24, 2012 at Meadowlawn Cemetery in Enterprise with Gentiva Hospice Chaplain Charles Goldsmith officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing. The family will receive friends at Sorrells Funeral Home on Friday from 2 pm until 2:50 pm. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice.

Mr. Bush was born February 2, 1930 in McKenzie, AL to the late Walter Henry and Arrie Gilmore Bush. He served in the United States Army during WWII.

Survivors include his wife of 62 Years, Eleanor Bush, Newton; 2 daughters: Debbie Hart (Allen), Elba, AL, Darlene Neyrey (Rene), Clearwater, FL; 1 son: Duane Bush, Ozark, AL; 3 sisters: Grace Stokes, Powder Springs, GA, Ruby Griffin and Sara Nell Cato (Gene), all of Marietta, GA; 3 brothers: Melvin Bush (Doris), Buford, GA, Bobby Bush, Headland, AL, Trammel Bush (Carolyn), Lawrenceville, GA; 8 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
