Mr. Jackie Rogers Stafford, age 71, of Ozark, died Monday, June 18, 2012. Funeral services will be 11:00 A. M. Thursday, June 21, 2012, in the Chapel of Holman Funeral Home in Ozark with Reverend Kenneth Earles officiating. Interment will follow in Pea River Presbyterian Cemetery in Clio, Holman Funeral Home of Ozark directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5:00 P. M. until 7:00 P. M. Mr. Stafford was born January 23, 1941 in the Elamville Community to the late Woodrow Wilson Stafford and Louise Price Stafford. In 1959 he started working with Dale Recap Shop in Ozark. He and his son, Tim, opened Ozark Tire and Service in the same building years later. His entire working career was in the tire industry until suffering his fatal heart attack in a tire warehouse in Abbeville. He was a member of the Elam Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Janice Faye Casey Stafford of Ozark; three daughters, Linda and Toby Fleming of Shorterville, Lisa Lane and Curt Hagler of Ozark, and Donna Stafford of Ozark; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Lynn Stafford of Ozark, Tim and Tina Stafford of Ozark; his mother-in-law, Warine Casey of Clio; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Elnora Austin, Euricka and Houston Scroggins, and Mary Louise Wilkerson; one brother, Victor Stafford; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Martha Thompson, Steve and Debbie Casey, Ronnie and Juana Casey; grandchildren, Heather and Blake Brannon, Kristy and Jerrod Woodham, Marshall Lane, Cory and Candace Stafford, Kayla and Haley Garner, Isabell Stafford; great granddaughter, Addyson Stafford.
