Pensacola Beach, FL – Saturday, September 21st marks the sixth and final qualifying tournament of this year’s Gulf Coast Cornhole Series, which consists of six qualifying tournaments spanning from Ft. Walton Beach to Perdido from April until September, and ends with a final tournament at Juana’s Pagoda on Navarre Beach in October. The event will be held at Bamboo Willie’s, 400 Quietwater Beach Rd #14.
Teams of two will play in either the Rookie division or Master division to compete for gift cards and prizes. Top teams at the final tournament will be awarded $1000 in cash prizes, cornhole boards and merchandise.
The schedule for the qualifying tournaments is:
April 27th, 2013 – Anglers Beachside, Okaloosa Island
May 18th, 2013 – Juana’s Pagodas, Navarre Beach
June 29th, 2013 – Angler’s Beachside, Okaloosa Island
July 20th, 2013 – Flora-Bama, Perdido Key
August 17th, 2013 – Bamboo Willie’s, Pensacola Beach
September 21st, 2013 – Bamboo Willie’s, Pensacola Beach
The final tournament will be held at Juana’s Pagodas on October 19th, 2013.
Participants can register online at www.kaboomssc.com/tournaments or sign-up at the event location the day of the event. It is $20 per team with online registration and $30 per team at the door. Day-of registration is from noon-12:45pm and the tournament begins at 1pm.
