Keisha Nix says her family's three month fight isn't over.

"My brother will not die in vain we will not stop until justice is served," said Nix.

The family found out Wednesday, a grand jury returned it's ruling, finding no reason to believe the officers committed a crime.

"My family's a little disappointed in the outcome because we believe the grand jury wasn't presented with all the evidence in order to make a well informed decision," Nix added.

Because of that pastor Kenneth Glasgow wants to look at the evidence presented to the grand jury.

"The first thing we're going to put in is an open records request to the district attorney," said Glasgow.

Glasgow says he's sure there's some evidence missing.

"There was no force training or mental health training presented, explained Glasgow, I Know for a fact they wasn't presented with witness statements."

Witness statements Glasgow says he along with other investigators gathered.

"We're going to ask the district attorney to reopen the case because of the new evidence."

Back in January, Humphrey was shot by a Headland police officer.
Investigators say he attacked paramedics and was uncooperative.
But family members say the officers involved used too much force.

"The family's had an emotional roller coaster in this situation," said Nix.

A roller coaster they're not getting off until justice is served.

That public records request was brought to District Attorney's Doug Valeska's office today (Friday).
Our calls to him haven't been returned yet.

The family still has a civil suit against the city of Headland, the police department, police chief and officers involved in the incident.
