Governor Robert Bentley made a stop in Dothan on Monday.
Bentley addressed the rotary and took a questions from the audience.
He touched on different subjects including the new medical school, the importance of taking care of veterans and different road challenges Alabama is facing.
"Because the federal government only allots us a certain amount of road money, we have to stretch that money all over the state of Alabama and when we have a limited amount we just have to do the best that we can," said Bentley.
Bently also talked about the Interstate-10 Connector Project, saying that is isn't off the table. He says officials are just looking at different ways to go about it with a limited budget.
