You might have fell in love with the movie, but now you can fall in love with the play.

Driving Miss Daisy held casting auditions Sunday afternoon. The Southeast Alabama Community Theater hosted the event this afternoon. Actors across the Wiregrass community took the stage. The play explores the theme of race, prejudice, friendship, and aging.

"I'm excited, I've got a great crew. I've got a lot of people with experience in SEACT that are helping-its going to be a great show. I'd like to thank Extended Care here in Dothan-they've helped support this show and our entire season this year," says director, David Gilligan.

Call backs are Tuesday, September 17th. Performances for driving Miss Daisy are scheduled for November 12th through 16th at the Cultural Arts Center.
