Bay Bank & Trust Co. Announces Cindy McClain-Schwartz as VP

Panama City, FL - July 19, 2010 –Bay Bank & Trust announces the addition of Cindy McClain-Schwartz as Vice President and Loan Officer.

In her new position, Mrs. McClain-Schwartz will originate loans, develop new customer relationships as well as service existing customers. "I am thrilled to be with Bay Bank and I look forward to growing our businesses in the area," she said. Mrs. Schwartz will work out of Bay Bank’s Thomas Drive branch located at 2305 Thomas Drive on Panama City Beach.

Mrs. McClain-Schwartz joins Bay Bank from BB&T, where she served as a mortgage loan officer. With over 30 years of banking experience as well as her background and familiarity with Bay County, she is a natural for this position. According to Kal Squires, President and CEO of Bay Bank & Trust, “Cindy’s expertise in both business and consumer banking will be a major asset to Bay Bank and we are fortunate to have a banker of her experience, performance and tenure on our team.”
