SAN DIEGO (AP) - A Korean-American whose family was killed when a military jet crashed into his home says his wife, daughters and mother-in-law are now "in heaven with God."
Dong Yun Yoon was at work when the jet crashed into a San Diego neighborhood after its engines apparently failed. His daughters were 15-months-old and 2-months-old.
The Yoon family attended San Diego's Korean United Methodist Church.
The pastor, the Rev. Kevin Lee, says Yoon's wife was in her mid-30s and his wife's mother had recently arrived from South Korea to help care for the infant.
