Girls Told FBI that Alama Abused Them

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - An FBI affidavit says before evangelist
Tony Alamo's arrest on federal sex charges, three girls who lived at his Arkansas compound told an FBI agent that he sexually abused them, and one said he threatened her if she talked.

Two of the girls said Alamo married them, one at age nine and the other at age 11, according to the newly unsealed affidavit. One
also allegedly said she saw photos Alamo had taken of naked girls.

The 74-year-old head of Tony Alamo Christian Ministries has pleaded not guilty to federal charges of carrying girls across state lines for immoral purposes.

Thirty-two juveniles associated with Alamo have been taken into
protective custody.
