Humphrey Shooting: Family wants D.A. to Reopen Case
Last Updated: 5:52 PM 05/11/12 - A grand jury has made a decision in a local case involving the death of a mentally-challenged man. Police shot and killed 33-year-old O'Patrick Humphrey in Headland back in January. The grand jury returned a "No-Bill" in the matter. What this means is the grand jury found no reasonable cause to believe the officers committed a crime. Humphrey's family says they're disappointed but won't stop seeking justice.
