CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- Republican presidential hopeful Rick Santorum says rival Herman Cain has been misleading voters about
his position on abortion, but Cain says it's all a misunderstanding.
In a CNN interview Wednesday, Cain said he personally opposes
abortion in all circumstances but believes the government shouldn't
try to tell families or women what to do. Santorum says that's what most politicians who favor abortion rights say.
Cain responded on his website that he thought he was being asked on CNN whether he would, as president, "order" people to not seek
abortions, adding that he's "100 percent pro-life."
In the CNN interview, Cain also said he thinks homosexuality is a sinful choice because of his biblical beliefs.
