Great news! Working out is going well. I even went on my lunchbreak. Sadly, the Special K diet I think is a no go. For 3 days I've been in so much pain with my stomach so I think I'm just going to have to eat less. It's not worth it for me to be in pain...in the gym however! I am sore after my workout and this pain I welcome.
We're planning to incorporate some exercise into the weekend since the weather should be so nice.
All in all, life is looking up and my muffin top is lookin' smaller! Hooray :) Now to avoid eating things like spagetti and pizza over the weekend.
