I’ve never been much of a nail biter myself so I put the bitter tasting nail polish on my fingers to see if my hands still made their way into my mouth for other reasons. I have to tell you, I was eating a sandwich last night for dinner and my lips grazed my fingers... I can tell you it didn’t happen again. That was not a good taste.

Our webmaster, whose nails made a debut in the story’s video, is also trying the bitter tasting polish. He put it on Thursday night around 5:30 and as of 1:30 p.m. on Friday he says he has not bit his nails yet. However, he did eat hot wings last night and says that was a challenge because he kept tasting it.
Stop Popping Your Knuckles Follow-up:
I have not been successful stopping the popping. I think after finding out that it’s ok for your joints I’ve popped more often. That could be because it’s on my mind more because of doing the story. Have any of you had any luck?
