I have always had a problem of popping my knuckles and even though I found out through my trip to see Dr. Skip Chitwood that popping your knuckles isn't harmful to your joints, I am going to make an honest effort to put an end to it for the sake of my co-workers who have to listen to it everyday. I'm going to take Substance Abuse Therapist, Roxanna Sloan's advice and substitute counting to three when I have the urge to pop my knuckles. I'll let you know how it goes or if I find another method that works better.
