Dr. Clements was born in Montgomery Alabama and received his undergraduate degree from Harding University in Searcy Arkansas in 1970. He received his medical degree from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock Arkansas in 1974. He completed his general surgery residency (1975-1976) at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and his urology residency (1976-1979) at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington DC.
Dr. Clements served for ten years in the United States Navy.
Dr. Clements joined Urological Associates of Dothan, P.A. in October 1983. He has served on many committees at both Southeast Alabama Medical Center and Flowers Hospital including Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at Flowers Hospital.
Dr. Clements is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.)
He is affiliated with Southeast Alabama Medical Center and Flowers Hospital in Dothan Alabama.
His personal interests involve church and civic activities as well as golf and gardening. He and his wife have four granddaughters.
