What is Admission Criteria? Hospice is available to individuals who have a life threatening illness in which a physician has agreed that hospice is appropriate, have decided to seek quality of life and comfort, rather than a cure, and who agree to the plan of care developed by hospice, the attending physician, and the patient. |

| Grief Share Community Hospice Grief Share group meets every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Community Hospice in Ozark. The support group is open to the general public, who feels they need help in coping with a loss. |
Who pays for Hospice? Hospice care is your right...and it is often covered by Medicare. The Comprehensive care provided by our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
