A federal jury has convicted the owners of a Mobile pharmacy, the business' supervising pharmacist and the owner of a Colorado anti-aging clinic guilty of a steroids conspiracy.

MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - A federal jury has convicted the owners of a
Mobile pharmacy, the business' supervising pharmacist and the owner of a Colorado anti-aging clinic guilty of a steroids conspiracy.

Jurors acquitted three pharmacists at Applied Pharmacy Services
and an investor of the Internet-based anti-aging clinic, Infinite
Health.

Convicted were Applied President and CEO A. Samuel Kelley;
Infinite Health owner Brett W. Branch; Jason R. Kelley, the
secretary and part owner of Applied; Jodi C. Silvio, another part
owner; and J. Michael Bennett, who was the supervising pharmacist.

Authorities had alleged that pharmacists at APS illegally
dispensed steroids and other drugs to doctors and steroid dealers
between 2003 and 2006 in Arizona, California, Texas, Washington,
Colorado, Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, South Carolina, Florida and elsewhere.
