DOTHAN, Ala. - Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson says investigators have filed charges against a man and are looking for a second

WTVY News 4 has confirmed that Jarmon Demetrius Barrow, 23 of Brundidge, was charged with capital murder.

Olson said Barrow is believed to have used a 9 mm handgun to kill 43-year-old Marcus Blackmon on Sunday during an invasion of Blackmon’s residence.

24 year old Everette Newson of Brundidge is also wanted in connection with the slaying.

Dale County Coroner Woody Hilboldt says Blackmon appears to have died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
