A study published this week in the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests a direct relationship between violent television and poor sleep.
Researchers analyzed more than 500 kids ages three to five, what they watched and their quality of sleep.
The results show replacing violent content with age-appropriate alternatives helped the children sleep better.
