Spanking your kids could lead to problems later in life.

That's coming from an article published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal.

Researchers analyzed several studies on the topic and found those who were physically punished had more mental health disorders and slower cognitive development.

Researchers say the findings show parents should find constructive ways to discipline their kids.
