Reports say pharmaceutical giant Pfizer is trying to sell its infant nutrition division to Nestle'.
That's according to the Wall Street Journal and other business media.
The Journal says Nestle will pay at least nine billion dollars for the acquisition.
Pfizer's infant nutrition division includes the Wyeth brand of specialty infant formulas.
Nestle' is the world's largest seller of baby formula, with the Gerber label among its best-known brands.
