Pacifiers OK for Breastfeeding Babies

To binkie or not to binkie, that's the question for new parents.

Should parents be giving their newborns pacifiers?

Researchers say why not?

They claim giving a newborn a pacifier every now and then may actually increase the amount they breast-feed.

Researchers found when babies were denied pacifiers, they didn't want to breastfeed as much.

Studies have shown breastfeeding an infant reduces health problems.

Doctors recommend mothers breastfeed exclusively for the first six months.
