Prosecutors are calling it "a house of horrors."
A former abortion clinic in west Philadelphia is the center of a murder trial.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell allegedly used the facility to kill babies that had survived illegal, late-term abortions.
It's also where a woman allegedly died of a botched pain-killer injection at the hands of a worker who wasn't even a nurse's aid.
Gosnell has pleaded not guilty to eight counts of murder.
