Optimism Reduces Risk of Heart Attack, Stroke


Being happy is good for the heart!

Doctors at Harvard found people who are optimistic and satistified with life are less likely to suffer a heart attack or stroke.

In fact the most optimistic people have a 50 percent reduced risk. Previous research has shown stress and depression can INCREASE the risk of heart problems.
