President Obama is discussing a compromise in the dispute over whether to require full contraception insurance coverage for women employees at religiously affiliated institutions.
Obama will announce the decision at a 12:15 pm news conference.
Mister Obama is expected to announce the administration will expand the exemption for religiously affiliated universities and hospitals.
Individuals will be able to get contraceptive coverage directly from insurers.
