We hope to give you as a cancer survivor and your family the information you need to make informed choices about your food and physical activity choices. This information is based on the American Cancer Society Nutrition and Physical Activity Guidelines for Survivors, developed by the Society and a panel of experts in nutrition, physical activity, and cancer survivorship.
