National HIV Testing Day

Today is National HIV Testing Day, bringing attention to the statistics behind the deadly virus.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates there are more than 200-thousand Americans who are infected but don't know it.

That's of an estimated 1-point-one million people in the U.S. living with the virus according to CDC numbers.

President Obama released a statement encouraging people to get tested, touting faster, more accurate tests.
