Hitting the Gym Linked to Higher Grades in College


You know about the physical benefits of exercising. Now, new research suggests it may help your thinking.

A study by Michigan State University showed a powerful link between college kids who had fitness center memberships and those who got good grades.

Students who were members of the gym or involved in recreational sports during their first two years in college went on to have higher GPAs overall.

They were also less likely to drop out of school.
