Millions of Americans could get a $127.00 check in the mail from their health insurance company.
It's part of the health care reform law.
The law says insurance companies have to spend 80 to 85 percent of premium payments on actual patient care or on things like discounted gym memberships.
If they spend more on things like marketing or administrative costs, then they have to refund the customer.
If your employer pays for all or part of your insurance premium, you may not get a refund.
