Fatty Foods Linked to Low Sperm Count

Men who are worried about their fertility should stay away from large quantities of dietary fat.

A new clinical study shows men with higher fat intake and higher saturated fats have lower sperm count.

Other studies have shown that lifestyle factors such as smoking, heavy marijuana use, alcohol intake, cocaine use and exposure of the tests to heat can have a negative impact on male fertility.

The latest study was reported online in Human Reproduction
