Exercise may reduce cancer risk

Staying active may reduce the risk of dying from breast and colon cancer.

Doctors at the National Cancer Institute analyzed 60 years of research and found exercise can help cancer survivors keep the disease at bay.

They say the evidence is strongest among breast and colon cancer patients.

Experts believe physical activity can boost the immune system.
