Eat Chocolate, Weigh Less?

Good news for chocolate lovers.

A new study in the Archives of Internal Medicine finds people who eat a lot of chocolate actually weigh less.

Previous studies show antioxidants in dark chocolate can be good for the heart.

Researchers say more study is needed before chocolate can be considered a dieting food.
