Change your DNA with Exercise

A new study finds exercise can change your DNA and make you stronger.

Swedish researchers found that exercise helps turn on genes in the muscle cells reprogramming them and making them stronger.

They also found that caffeine might also influence muscle in the same way.

But researchers do not recommend a cup of coffee in place of exercise.
