If you get a sinus infection, you may just want to just wait it out.
A new study finds getting a prescription for antibiotics likely won't do you any good.
The study was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
Researchers looked at more than 160 people with sinus infections.
They gave some an antibiotic and others a placebo.
After three days, researchers say the people who took the antibiotic felt no better than those taking the placebo.
