New research shows Vitamins D and E are beneficial to your brain.

People with diets rich in Vitamin E have lower risks of developing dementia, while older adults who don't get enough Vitamin D are more likely to experience declines in their ability to think.

Experts say it's a common deficiency that's easily remedied.
