New research suggests that too much time playing video games leads to a lack of sleep.
The study done at university of Arkansas in Little Rock shows that out of about 140 students. Eleven percent says gaming affects their slumber. Sleep loss is blamed not only on the excitement of the game, but the indirect light given off by the TV and computer.
The light imitates sunlight and could delay falling asleep. The study also shows that about 13 percent considered themselves addicted to video games, and those students sleep two hours less a night than non-gamers.
