Eggs & Diabetes

A Harvard study found people who eat a daily breakfast of eggs are up to 77 percent more likely to develop Type-2 Diabetes.

The study doesn't explain why eggs are linked to diabetes, but cholesterol may play a role.

High-fat diets have already been shown to raise insulin and blood sugar levels -- suggesting a cholesterol-heavy diet may promote diabetes.

Researchers suggest if you're going to eat eggs, eat them in moderation, and don't exceed six of them per week.
