There is more good news for caregivers of Alzheimer’s patients. This year's “Walk to Remember 2008” raised some $84,000.
Awards were handed out today to individuals and teams who helped raise the money. All of the money raised during the walk will help provide "free" services to families whose loved ones are suffering from Alzheimer’s.
The Alzheimer's Resource Center focuses on sharing the care with caregivers. More teams than ever participated in this year's event which was held on October 4th at Westgate Park.
