The EPA has put out new rules requiring local governments to reduce the amount of lead in the air by 90-percent.
Since it was taken out of gasoline, lead is most often emitted by mines and incinerators.
Even small amounts have been shown to affect memory and IQ in children, and cause heart and kidney problems for adults.
