Researchers at University Hospital in Sweden say those who start using cell phones at a young age were five times more likely to get acoustic neuromas, a brain tumor that causes deafness.
However, they aren't the only ones. The hospital also found cell phone users in their twenties are twice as likely to get a brain tumor.
The findings are based on data from eighteen previous studies done in the U.S. and other countries. Doctors say they plan on studying thousands more young adults to see if their findings are accurate.
