A new study has found a series of traumatic events, such as the sudden death of a loved one or the unexpected loss of a job, leads to a significantly higher danger of the disease.

Israeli researchers claim that after adjusting for other factors, they found women who faced two or three extremely stressful situations in a short time had a 62-percent increased risk of breast cancer.
