Stress is actually a good thing....in small quantities. Dr. Pam Peek says too much stress or a strong response to stress can be harmful. Too much stress can chip away at the immune system and eats at the digestive tract. She recommends the following tips to reduce stress. Find something to motivate you to keep yourself on track. Get up and take a daily walk and eat healthy. Also, make a list of 3 things that bring you joy and do at least one everyday. Whether it's cooking, reading a book or just sitting in silence, do one everyday.
