Homeowners in an area of Ozark have the opportunity to make energy efficiency upgrades to their home at only a tenth of the cost.
To apply, you have to own a home on Moss Circle, Valentine Street, South Union Avenue, Ruby Avenue, Fair Avenue, Matthews Avenue, and Newton Avenue between South Union and Pine Avenue and meet the low to moderate income requirement.
