AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. (AP) - The Air Force Academy's
parachute demonstration team will drop into the Rose Bowl before
the BCS championship game carrying an American flag and the game
ball.

The 6-person team will parachute into the stadium in Pasadena,
Calif., before the 6 p.m. MST start on Thursday.

The team will also be carrying the coin used for the pre-game
toss and flags representing the Bowl Championship Series and the
two teams, Texas and Alabama.

The drop team will include four cadets, all seniors at the
school, and two staff members.
